Graduate Education
Administered by the ARL, the Graduate Interdisciplinary Program (GIDP) in Biomedical Engineering is offered by the core faculty of the ARL Division of Biomedical Engineering plus 44 affiliated faculty from 5 colleges. The program offers exciting opportunities for students interested in research and training related to biomedical engineering. Graduate students, currently numbering 29 can learn in a broad range of areas, integrating engineering and mathematics with biology and medicine in a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment. The BME-GIDP offers M.S. and Ph.D degrees, as well as graduate minor degrees for students in related disciplines.
